A good day!

Evan was so funny yesterday, I just had to share.

Yesterday morning getting out the door was a challenge, but then he was good in Sunday school. He was pretty good in church also. Except when he was laying on the floor and bugging his brother.. but I just kept looking away and saying little prayers.

When we left church, he decided he was going to crawl down the stairs on his hands and knees going head first. Some thought it was cute, but I was not amused... LOL.

Then we went to Walmart and walked around a bit and then bought groceries. We are stocked up and ready for a storm now, lol.

At about 6:30, we went to Rhealt farm to the Santa Villiage. It's pretty neat, and best of all, it's FREE. Seeing Santa was a challenge because Evan decided that Santa was scary. And his feet wouldn’t move. For ½ hour, up until they closed their house for the night... Santa and Mrs. Claus tried to get Evan to look at them... or talk... or frost a cookie. He refused. He just said "I not sit on your lap, Santa". He started to open up, but then it was time to go. He said "Bye Santa and waved" when it was time to go, but it took some coaxing to get him to move from the spot he was standing by the tree to the door. How funny. Santa and Mrs. needed their rest. After 10 hours of work, they were so tired. They told me they had had two long days, both Saturday and Sunday. You could tell that hey were anxious for us to go, because it was the end of the day and closing time... lol.

Then we went to taco bell and Evan decided that he was energy boy and was not going to eat. He decides that a lot. Deciding not to eat, not to sleep. Running all over, doing crazy things. Then he gets these dark circles under his eyes. He got the high chair and booster chair and lined them up in a row, then he sat in it and ate a bite of food... then he decided to climb and fool around, until he hit his head. But that only stopped him for a second. And then he was at it again. An employee had left their broom and dustpan sitting by our table and Evan did the funniest thing. He decided that he was going to sweep the floor. I was waiting for them to notice and come and take their broom, but no such luck. I made Jordan take it to the counter and hand it to them. It's not too safe to leave that stuff lying around... but it was pretty cute, so I had to take a picture. I'm adding the picture below. Enjoy. It was a good day!
